New Feature

The Hive — Native Job Marketplace

  • Firms can post unassigned jobs directly to The Hive from job detail or via bulk action on the Unassigned group; servers in the coverage area see a map pin immediately.
  • Server negotiation flow introduced — servers can accept at the posted rate or send a counter with a message; firms see all live counters and can accept, counter, or decline per server.
  • Credential verification gate enforced at the Hive level — all four credentials (insurance, license, vehicle reg, W9) must be uploaded and current before a server can participate.
  • Full address is revealed to the winning server only upon acceptance; other open negotiations auto-expire with a notification.
Improvement

AI Extraction Confidence Redesign

  • Confidence indicators redesigned as clear HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW labels with color coding (green / amber / red) throughout the extraction review popup — replacing the previous numeric percentage display.
  • Client disambiguation UI introduced: when AI finds multiple possible client matches, a side-by-side comparison card allows the user to select the correct one before confirming the job.
  • Extraction review popup now groups fields by section (Recipient, Court, Job Details) rather than a flat list, making it faster to scan and confirm.
New Feature

Bulk Operations Suite

  • Multi-select on the Jobs table now unlocks a bulk action toolbar with: assign server, assign case manager, edit due date, change status, generate invoices, and post to The Hive.
  • Print/export packet builder added — select jobs, choose which documents to include (affidavit, citation, photos), and generate a merged PDF or ZIP in one action.
  • Bulk status changes emit individual job timeline events and respect diligence clock rules per job rather than applying a blanket override.
Improvement

Diligence Tracker Improvements

  • Attempt window timing (morning, afternoon, weekend) is now configurable per court and per client, overriding the firm-level default — enabling compliance with court-specific local rules.
  • Hold state now correctly pauses the diligence clock; previously, holds applied to the display but the underlying timer continued running, causing false overdue flags.
  • Diligence timeline visualization added to job detail — each attempt is shown on a timeline with color-coded window compliance indicators.
New Feature

Client Portal Launch

  • Firms can now enable a white-labeled client portal at their subdomain (yourfirm.proxiant.co) — clients see only their own jobs, with real-time status, photos, and documents.
  • Inline photo viewer, affidavit download, and online payment via Stripe added — reducing inbound client calls for status updates by an estimated 60–80% in early testing.
  • AI job submission available through the portal — clients upload documents and Proxiant extracts and creates the job, routing it for firm review before acceptance.
Fix

Attempt Offline Sync Fix

  • Fixed a bug where attempts logged offline (no cell signal) synced with the device's sync timestamp rather than the original attempt timestamp — causing incorrect timeline ordering and diligence window calculations.
  • GPS coordinates are now preserved accurately through the offline queue; a previous encoding issue caused some coordinates to round to the nearest 0.1 degree on sync.
  • Offline queue now shows a "pending sync" indicator in the mobile app so servers know when data has not yet synced to the server.
New Feature

Affidavit Generation v2

  • Photo selection step introduced — per-template settings control whether photos are always included, never included, or prompted for selection; served and non-est attempts have separate defaults.
  • Citation page attachment support added — when required by court rule, specific pages from the service documents can be selected and appended to the affidavit PDF.
  • Template library expanded with state-specific starter templates; firm templates appear above the separator and are pre-selected based on the job's court jurisdiction.
New Feature

AI Job Intake from Email

  • Postmark inbound email processing enabled — firms configure service@yourfirm.proxiant.co as a forwarding or direct address; all attachments are extracted and processed automatically.
  • Claude-powered extraction identifies recipient name, address, court, case number, job type, and client from uploaded documents, presenting results in the confidence review UI before any data is written.
  • Email threading support introduced: replies to existing jobs via service+JOB123@yourfirm.proxiant.co attach to the correct job record as notes with attachments.
