Built by a process server.
For process servers.

Proxiant started with a simple frustration: every tool in this industry was built by people who had never carried a stack of papers to a front door.

01

Every platform. Every gap.

Our founder is a working process server. He has used every major platform in the industry — ServeManager, ABC Legal, Rocket Serve, Proof Serve, PST. Every single one.

They all have the same gaps. No real mobile app for the field. No AI to cut down manual data entry. No built-in way to find or post work. Affidavit generation that still feels like 2010. Client portals that clients don't actually use.

And the biggest frustration: tools built by people who have never done a skip trace, never waited outside an apartment at 6am, never had a client call to ask if a job was served — that you already know is going to be a non-est.

That's not a knock on those companies. It's just a fact. You can't build the right tool for a job you've never done.

02

Started as a spec. Grew into a product.

Proxiant is what he actually needed. It started as a spec — a detailed description of every feature a real process serving firm requires, written by someone who runs one. It grew into a product, built with the help of AI tools and a clear product vision from someone who lives the problem every day.

Every feature in Proxiant was designed from a real scenario: real court diligence requirements, real skip trace workflows, real server credential tracking, real client expectations. Nothing is hypothetical. Nothing is a guess at what the industry might need. It's a direct translation of what the work actually demands.

03

The feature no one else thought to build.

The Hive exists because the current marketplace options are all-or-nothing. ABC Legal takes a cut and owns the relationship. Calling around for coverage is inefficient and undignified. Firms should be able to post work, negotiate a rate, and get coverage — without a middleman taking a percentage, and without leaving their platform to do it.

The Hive is a direct connection between firms that need coverage and servers who can take it. No middlemen. No hidden fees. No one else owning the relationship you built with your client.

We built it because we needed it. Turns out, everyone does.

Process serving is serious work. The tools should be too.

Every affidavit is a legal document. Every missed deadline has consequences. Every non-est means someone didn't get their day in court. We take that seriously — and we build like it.

04

The founder runs it on his own operation.

Proxiant is in early access. The founder runs it on his own operation — Proxiant is the first firm on Proxiant. Every bug he finds, every workflow that breaks, every UI frustration gets fixed before it ships to anyone else. That's not a marketing line. That's the actual development process.

The roadmap includes eFiling (in progress — awaiting Tyler Technologies certification), SMS notifications, a full marketing suite for firms, mileage tracking for servers, and things we haven't thought of yet.

If you're a process server or run a process serving firm and you have a strong opinion about how this should work — we want to hear it. The product gets better when the people who actually use it help shape it. That's not a pitch. That's the whole point.

Shape what comes next.
