AI-Powered

Not AI for the sake of it.
AI that saves you hours.

Proxiant uses AI for exactly two things: extracting job data so you don't have to type it, and parsing emails so jobs create themselves. That's it. No gimmicks.

✓ Powered by Claude (Anthropic) ✓ Nothing writes to your database until you confirm ✓ Confidence scoring on every field

Upload a document. Job fills itself in.

Seven fields extracted in about 3 seconds. Every field gets a confidence level. Nothing saves until you click Apply.

1

Upload the document

Drag a summons, complaint, or order onto the new job form. Or just start a new job and upload when you're ready. PDF, image, Word doc — it handles all of them.

2

AI reads it

Claude (Anthropic's AI) reads the document and extracts: recipient name and description, service address, court case number, court name, client name, due date, and any special instructions. Takes about 3 seconds.

3

Confidence review

Every extracted field gets a confidence level. Green means certain — one click to accept. Amber means the AI found a match but wants confirmation. Red means the AI couldn't find it — you fill it in.

4

You confirm

Review the fields. Edit anything. Click Apply. Seven fields filled in 10 seconds instead of 3 minutes.

5

Nothing is permanent until you say so

AI suggestions never write to your database until you click Apply. You're always in control. The AI is your assistant, not your data entry clerk.

Every field is scored. You decide what sticks.

The AI doesn't just extract — it tells you how confident it is. One click on a green field. A quick review on amber. Manual entry on red. You're never flying blind.

High Confidence

One click to accept

The AI found exactly one clear match with no ambiguity. Name, address, and case number on a well-formatted summons are almost always high confidence. Accept with one click.

Medium Confidence

Review and confirm

The AI found a probable match but wants your eyes on it. Usually means multiple possible clients, an unusual date format, or an address that's close but needs checking. Review and pick the right one.

Low Confidence

Enter manually

The AI couldn't find it — the document may not include it, or it's in a format that wasn't parseable. The field is flagged and left blank for you to fill in. No guesses saved to your records.

Email lands in your inbox.
Job creates itself.

Works with any email format. Law firm emails, attorney templates, bare-bones text emails. The AI figures it out.

✉️

Client sends email

Client emails your dedicated intake address:

service@yourfirm.proxiant.co

Any format. Attachment included or not.

📡

Postmark receives it

Email is received and parsed into structured data — subject, body, attachments — and forwarded to Proxiant's processing pipeline instantly.

Claude reads everything

The subject line, the body, and any attached documents are all read together. Claude extracts every job field it can find across all of them.

📋

Draft job created

A draft job is created with all extracted fields pre-filled, confidence levels assigned, and the original email threaded into the job's communication history.

You review and confirm

You open the draft. Check the fields. Fix anything flagged red. Click confirm. Job is live in your queue.

Existing job thread? Email service+JOB123@yourfirm.proxiant.co and it routes directly into that job's communication history — not a new draft.

What AI doesn't do — and why that matters

We don't use AI to make decisions. AI doesn't mark diligence requirements as met — the system does that based on timestamps and attempt counts. AI doesn't assign jobs, generate affidavits autonomously, or flag legal issues. AI is purely for data extraction. Every piece of AI output is reviewed by a human before it's saved to your database. Your records are yours, and they're always accurate.

We chose Claude for accuracy on legal documents.

Case numbers, party names, addresses — legal documents have specific formatting that trips up general-purpose AI. Claude handles them better. We tested it against other models on real summonses and complaints before building on it.

Prompt caching keeps costs low, so we can offer AI extraction on every tier — including free. You don't pay more for AI intake. It's just part of how Proxiant works.

What's on the roadmap

Three more AI features planned for V2. None of them make decisions — they surface information so you can decide faster.

🔍

Smart Diligence Assessment

AI reviews attempt narratives and photos, flags potential issues before affidavit generation. You still sign off — AI just catches what you might miss at 6am.

📊

Invoice Anomaly Detection

AI flags invoices that are unusually high or low compared to that client's averages — before you send them. Catches billing errors before they become client calls.

✍️

Email Drafting

AI drafts status update emails to clients based on job activity. You review and send — or don't. One click to send a polished update instead of writing it from scratch.
