Proxiant collects and processes personal data to provide its process service management platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone), job data entered by your firm, attempt logs, GPS coordinates associated with service attempts, and billing information processed by Stripe.

How We Use It

Data is used solely to provide the Proxiant service to you and your firm. We do not sell your data to third parties. Job and subject data is accessible only to your tenant workspace and the servers you assign.

Data Security

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres), hosted in the United States. We use row-level security to ensure tenant data isolation. All connections are encrypted via TLS.
